This place suits me perfectly with free wi-fi, a 24-hour reception, and air conditioning. I remember how the staff helped me with the local taxi number on my first stay. I recommend checking out the breakfast selection! I'm coming back for Christmas.

The junior suite we had was super spacious with a kitchenette, which we totally loved! The fridge helped in the hot weather. On the downside, it’s in a somewhat dull industrial area. 😊

Surprisingly spacious for families
Our family enjoyed the convenience of a large junior suite, complete with a kitchenette and stunning views of the nearby park. The staff greeted us with warm smiles, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Plus, the nearby lake offered a lovely walking path, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.
However, we felt the location was a downside. Situated in a commercial area, it lacked immediate dining options nearby. Also, while the underground parking was secure, access was a bit cumbersome at times with multiple levels, making it a hassle to move luggage.

The location is perfect for families, with the Plaza Imperial Shopping Centre nearby offering cinemas and various restaurants, which my family thoroughly enjoyed. We stayed in a junior suite that was spacious and included a little kitchenette, which was a nice touch for a family with adults.
My wife says that the lack of coffee options outside bar hours was a bit disappointing.

The room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable place to stay. However, the hotel lacks adequate kitchen utensils, making the kitchenette less useful. The dining options were limited, and my meal was served cold, which detracted from the overall experience. Good for overnight stops, but improvements in dining and maintenance would enhance the stay.
